The TabletPC.cab file is on the laptop so I'm trying to figure a way to create a Windows Installation disk and incorporate the cab file so that it installs it. I managed to find a Dell Windows XP Media Center CD but it doesn't have teh \cmpnents\tabletpc.cab file. From my research, I discovered the Tablet Edition of Windows XP is basically a Windows XP Media Center and the install basically load a CAB file inside the \cmpnents folder. Now I'm not sure if the reason of the BSOD is because I have an external cd drive connected (the XT2 doesn't have a CDrom). Unit is bootable and I tried creating an install disk following the instructions on Howtohave ( http:/ / system/ createwindowssetupdisk.shtml) but once I boot up on this newly created CD, it BSOD. He doesn't have any of the install disks and there doesn't seem to be a recovery partition on it. Customer brought in a Dell Lat XT2 Tablet PC with Windows XP Tablet Edition installed.
